For virtual or in-person events, workshops, or webinars:

5.1 Cancellations by Customers

  • More than 14 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person or receive a credit for a future event.

5.2 Cancellations by FitLife

If we cancel an event or workshop:

  • You will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
  • Alternatively, you may choose to apply your payment to a future event.

Please note that we are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses you may have incurred in relation to a canceled event.

6. Coaching and Consultation Services

6.1 Cancellation Before Sessions Begin

For personal training, nutrition counseling, or other consultation services:

  • More than 48 hours before the first session: Full refund.
  • Less than 48 hours before the first session: 75% refund.

6.2 Cancellation of Ongoing Services

For packages of multiple sessions:

  • If you cancel after services have begun, we will refund the prorated amount for unused sessions, minus a 15% administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed appointments unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

6.3 Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. Late rescheduling or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that session.
